    摘要:  By the analysis of operation mechanism of Brushless DC motor(BLDC),the electric braking mathematical model of BLDC with full bridge modulation is set up,and in combination with dynamic characteristics during electric braking,the simulation model of motor braking in electric vehicle is established in Matlab/Simulink.Fuzzy control strategy is adopted in the system,and bra king current is controlled by adjusting duty cycle to keep the slip rate within ideal range.The simulation results show that the ABS based on motor braking can be realized by adopting fuzzy control strategy,and the system is stable,with better static and dynamic characteristics.

    摘要:  To study the power and emission characteristics of hydrogen internal combustion engine,an experimental study was carried out using a 2.0 L port fuel-injected(PFI)hydrogen internal combustion engine.Test results show the power of hydrogen internal combustion fell 40%comparing to the gasoline ; NOx emission concentration is always higher than 8000ppm when the equivalent fuel-air ratio is larger than 0.8 and lower than 500ppm when the equivalent fuel-air ratio is smaller than 0.5.NOx increases with the increase of the ignition advance angle.When the equivalent fuel-air ratio is larger than 0.5.The test results and the conclusions exhibit a guiding role on hydrogen internal combustion engine optimizations.

    摘要:  Traditional cone clutch synchronizer which is mostly used in vehicle uses friction to implement synchronization to accomplish gearshift.That leads to some disadvantages.In this paper a new mechanism concept named Harpoon-shift is proposed.It is designed as an alternative to the traditional synchronizer in automatic transmission.Harpoon-shift has simpler structure to manufacture than the traditional synchronizer.Additionally,a simpler electromotor control system is used to replace complex hydraulic system to change gears during shifting.Harpoon-shift will offers potential energy economy improvements by improved drivetrain efficiency and better vehicle ac celeration ability.Firstly the mechanical structure of Harpoon-shift is showed as virtual mechanical model designed by ProE.It has 5 main components including one idler gear with integral groove ring,one guide ring,one flexible component between the guide ring and the groove ring,one Harpoon-shift hub one Harpoon shift sleeve.Harpoon-shift makes use of an indirect engagement,which gives a pre-acceleration to the chosen gear to realize the smooth gearshift.The mathematic modeling,simulation and analysis of the new mechanism concept are presented in this paper as a separated part from gearbox.According to that the components of Harpoon shift are on the same shaft and the main motion is rotation.the modeling is built with one DOF.Mechanism engagement is demonstrated in rigid body models with detailed interactional torque models considering the geometrical limitation.to establish its variation over its process.The parameters e.g.mass,stiffness.angles of engagement are variable in simulation model.The parameter studying makes contributions to comparisons and optimization of Harpoon-shift structure.Then an optimized structure is chosen for comparison of torque interrupt with traditional synchronizer.which shows significant advantage of the new concept.

    摘要:  Increasing the air inflow can reduce the residual exhaust gas coefficient in the cylinder at low-speed and low-load,but would cause mixture too lean in opposed-piston two-stroke(OPTS)gasoline direct injection(GDI)engine.Focusing on this issue,the strategies of two-stage injection for stratified mixture at the typical part load(2000r/min)were studiedwith CFD software.The models for fuel the scavenging process and spray were verified by tests.Simulation results show that,there is an optimal second injection time forproper mixing,with early or late injection resulting in unreasonable mixture distribution,the best second injection time at 60℃ ATDC.Thefuel quantities of the second injection significantly influencesthe mixture formation,the second injection account for a third of total fuel quantities resulting in reasonable mixture distribution in the cylinder.
