| 摘要： | Das EU-Projekt SARTRE 4 stellt die vierte Phase einer repraesentativen Laengsschnittbefragung europaeischer Verkehrsteilnehmer zu ihren Meinungen, Einstellungen und Verhaltensweisen im Strassenverkehr dar. In der vierten Erhebung sollen neben Autofahrern auch Motorradfahrer und Nicht-Autofahrer befragt werden. Es beteiligen sich 20 Laender, davon 18 EU-Mitgliedsstaaten. Die Befragung bezieht sich auf verschiedene Bereiche der Verkehrssicherheit, zum Beispiel Alkoholkonsum, Geschwindigkeits- und Sicherungsverhalten, Ueberwachung und Sanktionierung und Regelakzeptanz. Ziel des Projekts ist es, ein umfassendes Bild europaeischer Verkehrsteilnehmer zu ihren Einstellungen und Verhaltensweisen im Strassenverkehr zu erhalten. Von den gewonnenen Informationen werden wesentliche Erkenntnisse fuer die Verkehrssicherheitsforschung und die nationale und europaeische Verkehrssicherheitspolitik erwartet. So koennen beispielweise Verkehrssicherheitspotenziale identifiziert werden, die Akzeptanz und Verhaltenswirksamkeit gesetzlicher Massnahmen erfasst und Risikogruppen von Verkehrsteilnehmern ermittelt werden. Dabei sind sowohl Querschnitt- als auch Laengsschnittvergleiche vorgesehen. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The EU project SARTRE 4 constitutes the fourth phase of a representative long-term survey of European traffic participants about their opinions, attitudes and behaviour in road traffic. This fourth survey is to include motorcyclists and non-drivers in addition to vehicle drivers. Some 20 countries are participating, of which 18 are EU member states. The survey deals with various aspects of traffic safety, such as alcohol consumption, speed and safety behaviour, monitoring, sanctions and rule acceptance. The aim of the project is to provide a comprehensive picture of European vehicle drivers, their attitudes and behaviour in road traffic. The information obtained is expected to yield some important findings relevant for traffic safety research and both national and European traffic safety policy. Thus, for example, traffic safety potential may be identified by determining the acceptance of regulations and their effect on behaviour among the various risk groups of traffic participants. Comparisons across various sectors and over time are expected. |
