| 摘要： | The goal of this project was to conduct an engineering analysis of 10 motorcoach fires to see what insights it gave regarding root causes of motorcoach fires. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Special Crash Investigations unit evaluated incidents and conducted detailed engineering root cause analysis. Root cause analysis is a proven method for investigating, categorizing, and ultimately eliminating, root causes of incidents with safety, health, environmental, quality, reliability, and production-process impacts. The Root Cause Analysis System enables the generation of specific, concrete recommendations for preventing incident recurrences. |
