| 摘要： | The Health Effects Institute (HEI) shall conduct research and activities under this grant agreement to further the understanding of the fundamental science and relationship between on-road vehicle emissions and the health of people who live at various distances from roads or who spend differing amounts of time in traffic. HEI will conduct the following: (1) Obtain scientific based, objective research; (2) Develop, maintain and expand the existing information base on the health effects of air pollution, especially as it relates to mobile source air toxics project decision documents and transportation delivery; and (3) Provide accurate and up-to-date information concerning air pollution trends, especially as it relates to alternative fuels and new technologies. |
