摘要：	Die Europaeische Kommission hat im Dezember 2008 den Entwurf einer Richtlinie zur Einfuehrung intelligenter Verkehrssysteme vorgelegt. Die detaillierte Ausarbeitung der technischen Standards erfolgt im Wesentlichen durch die betroffenen Industrievertreter, jedoch hat hier die Oeffentliche Hand als spaeterer Partner bei der Umsetzung von Fahrzeug-Infrastruktur-Systemen ein Interesse, die Standardisierung mit zu steuern. Mit dem vorliegenden Projekt sollen die Grundlagen fuer eine Begleitung und Steuerung des Standardisierungsprozesses kooperativer Systeme geschaffen werden. Ziel des Projektes ist es, relevante Aspekte des Normierungsprozesses kooperativer Verkehrssysteme zu identifizieren und zu analysieren sowie den Normierungsprozess aktiv zu begleiten. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: In December 2008, the European Commission submitted a draft for guidelines on the introduction of intelligent traffic systems. The detailed formulation of the technical standard is mainly being handled by the various representatives of industry affected, but the public authorities have an interest in helping to manage such a standardisation process, as they will become partners in the implementation of vehicle infrastructure systems. This project is to create the basis for monitoring and managing the standardisation process for cooperative systems. The aim of the project is to identify and analyse relevant aspects of the standardisation process for cooperative traffic systems, while actively accompanying this standardisation process.
