| 摘要： | Editor’s Note: The majority of the articles in this issue address safety and prevention programs and policies that have developed since the inception of the Coast Guard and are at the core of its mission. Today, that mission has evolved to include safety and prevention in cyberspace. It is feasible that when Proceedings marks its 100th anniversary, cybersecurity be as much a core safety and prevention mission as ice breaking. This article describes the cybersecurity challenges and strategies currently facing the maritime industry. |
