| 摘要： | It was almost 10 years since IMO required every country to separate their safety investigation from other investigation in 2010 year. So, we want to know how many changes in China marine accident investigation and what is the difference with other countries, lots of literatures just compare the structure and working flow between different countries. Then we started to think what the real reason or first reason is that those country built independent agency to survey marine accident. Finally, we dug out the reason and have some suggestions for China marine accident investigation. |
