There are many marine resources and research ships in Japan, and many of the marine research ships have DPS. Today, ocean surveys are increasing in Japan. Japanese people are also interested in this research. However, recent DPS accident studies have not been investigated in domestic studies so far. We can say that think about the cognitive behavior of DPO and Senior DPO (SDPO). We consider that develop new measures. And the role of DPO is important to prevent accidents. In recent years, most of the major accident factors are thrusters, position reference systems (PRS) and computers. The main cause of hardware such as thruster failures is increasing in sea areas around the world. However, for one reason, we find that human error increased from 2000 to 2018. Therefore, error behavior analysis (CREAM) focused on the factors of DPO cognitive behavior. CREAM is a technique for analyzing human reliability and can be expressed qualitatively and quantitatively. We consider CREAM'S Common Performance Conditions (CPC). CPC has been modified especially considering the DPS. Accident countermeasures require advanced training and expertise. Consequently, we infer that the accident of DPS can be investigated by CREAM. Thus, we conclude accident verification of DPS vessel based on human factors examined. |
