摘要: In recent years, the state's emphasis on infrastructure construction has promoted the development of traffic.Highway tunnels as a special section of road traffic, but also entered a rapid development stage.But gradually increase the length of the highway tunnel, the scale gradually expanded at the same time, the safety of tunnel construction problems slowly shown.Due to the complicated construction technology, special operating environment, a variety of dangerous sources of interaction, tunnel construction safety accidents endless.In addition, the highway tunnel is a special spatial structure, with a closed, contact and rescue difficulties, in the event of a security accident,often cause very large casualties.Therefore, the safe construction of the runnel is very important, the implementation of tunnel safety evaluation has important significance and value.
  Based on the construction of the three-key tunnel project of Tongliang- Yongchuan section of Chongqing Sanhuan Expressway, this paper evaluates the construction safety of the project, and aims to reduce the occurrence of construction safety accidents.Based on the construction safety hazard, the safety management evaluation model is constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Taking the project as an example, the comprehensive safety evaluation of highway tunnel construction is carried out, and the measures to improve the safety of the construction are put forward by the evaluation results.Finally, the effect is improved by the improved evaluation method.
  Its main contents are as follows:
  First of all, according to the State Administration of Work Safety website and the National Bureau of Statistics website road safety accident statistics, the cause of highway tunnel construction safety accidents were studied, and the tunnel construction safety accident case analysis, the current highway tunnel construction People, machine, environment, organization and management of four aspects of the security status quo.
  Secondly, from the construction of highway tunnel safety risk control, study the construction of dangerous sources.The runnel construction is divided into six evaluation units: tunnel excavation, blasting, ballast and tunnel transportation, supporting lining, construction electricity, construction ventilation and identification of the danger sources in each operating unit.
  Thirdly, the risk assessment of each evaluation unit was carried out by using the improved operational condition risk assessment method (LEC).In the research of compensation coefficient of safety production management, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed, and AHP and Entropy are used to evaluate the safety management level of enterprise.Relying on the Chongqing Three Ring Expressway Tongliang to Yongchuan section of the construction of three standard tunnel into the case study to verify the model of rationality and practicality.
  Then, the safety evaluation index system of relying on the project is established, and the safety of the tunnel construction is evaluated on the basis of the risk assessment of each dangerous source.
  Finally, according to the evaluation results proposed to improve the construction safety advice, and use the improved re-evaluation method to test its effect.
