| 摘要： | In recent years, Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) swept across the world and foreign LCCs have operated flights to Taiwan since December 2004. Facing foreign LCCs fierce competition, two Taiwanese LCCs had been set up to compete with them in 2014. Under the circumstances of fast-growing LCCs' market in Taiwan, one of our LCCs, V Air, declared to suspend operation from October 2016 after operating their first flight less than two years, and dropped a bombshell for Taiwan's LCCs' market. Many travelers fear that our carriers will completely withdraw from the LCCs'market in the near future. This article aims to discuss the development of LCCs, and further analyze their future opportunities and challenges. |
