Overall, the nation's infrastructure received a D+. a grade determined from an assessment of its capacity, condition, operation and maintenance, public safety, funding, and resilience.as well as the extent to u hich it provides far future needs and embodies innmation. But the grades given to many individual categories have increased, ami perhaps more important, there seems to finally be a consensus among tlx public and its leaders that our nation’s infrastructure—a driving farce oftlx economy— has reached a crisis state. So now is tlx time to act. |
