摘要: |
Traffic Incident Management activities have advanced in recent years to become a critical part of transportation operations, as well as a significant budget expenditure. The TRB National Cooperative Highway Research Program's NCHRP Web-Only Document 301: Development of Guidelines for Quantifying Benefits of Traffic Incident Management Strategies seeks to improve uniformity in measurement, access to data, and clarity in analysis methods. The Document is supplemental to NCHRP Research Report 981: Guidelines for Quantifying Benefits of Traffic Incident Management Strategies. |
