| 摘要： | Land acquisition for public purpose is becoming increasingly difficult given the resistance showed by land owners. However, the development of large transportation infrastructure projects, such as the Outer Ring Road (ORR) project, has a large benefit to citizens and the society with improved transportation. This paper attempts to shed light on the experience of land acquisition under ORR project from multiple perspectives within a methodological framework. The evaluation results point to the divergence of viewpoints of stakeholders and the scope for improvement in land acquisition process. |
