| 摘要： | Two optimization models are presented and compared for use in partitioning a transportation network into service districts for which snow and ice control routes are subsequently designed. The models are used to redistrict a winter maintenance service area in northern Indiana. The service areas created by these models are shown to be compact with centralized locations of depots/garages, enhancing the efficiency of routes that can be designed to cover these areas. |
