| 摘要： | This paper briefly discusses the role of the plan manager in charge of traffic management during a construction project. It concludes that the development of a good traffic management plan is important, but its success or failure will depend on the operation of the plan. Planners can't sit back and hope it will work--they need to manage the plan to make sure it does the job. |
