| 摘要： | This research was conducted in order to develop a strategy to effectively accelerate the transfer of technology being developed in the Strategic Highway Research Program's highway operations program. Products of each research contractor are identified. Methodology for identifying and analyzing communications and training mechanisms is presented. Results of recent surveys on information dissemination and technology evaluation by highway agencies are summarized. Target audiences are identified. Findings indicate a multi-faceted approach is necessary to reach various audiences with different interests. Recomendations are made regarding use of specific mechanisms for each research product. |
