| 摘要： | This report includes the results of research carried out under NCHRP Project 25-10(02), "Continuation: Estimating the Indirect Effects of Proposed Transportation Projects." Both the desk reference and its accompanying slide presentation contain guidance and a framework for practitioners in defining "indirect effects" of proposed transportation projects, identifying tools for estimating these effects, and analyzing these effects. The report should be of interest to state departments of transportation, metropolitan planning organizations, transit agencies, and other transportation project sponsors. It should also prove to be a valuable resource for transportation planners and engineers, environmental practitioners, and others responsible for project development and environmental impact analysis. |
