| 摘要： | This report is an assessment of the effectiveness of the Maryland CHART program, focusing on its incident management program. It first presents an analysis of incident characteristics. This is followed by a section on detection efficiency and effectiveness. The efficiency of incident response and management is then discussed. The benefits received form the incident management efforts through CHART are discussed. The assessment concludes that incident duration was reduced by 35% as a result of CHART operations in 1997. |
