| 摘要： | This technical memorandum presents the results of in-depth case study interviews which were conducted with motor carriers in order to determine the applicability of technology-based fleet management systems to various types of fleet operations. The process used for selecting the case study carriers is first described. This is followed by summaries of the case study findings. An examination then follows of how fleet operating characteristics and fleet management decision factors affect motor carriers' adoption of specific Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technologies. |
