| 摘要： | The Federal Transit Administration's (FTA) Bus Rapid Transit Demonstration Program is supporting demonstrations of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in selected cities across the United States. The US BRT Demonstration Program aims to adapt the principles of highly successful BRT systems, such as those of Curitiba, Brazil; Lyons, France; and Nagoua, Japan, to U.S. conditions, laws, and institutions. A primary goal of the BRT Demonstration Program is to assess the demonstration projects through scientific evaluation. This document presents guidelines for planning, implementation, and reporting the findings of an evaluation of a BRT implementation site selected for the FTA BRT Demonstration Program. The document will provide a common framework and methodology for developing and then executing the evaluation of individual BRT demonstrations. |
