摘要：	This document constitutes the project plan for the Maryland Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks Prototype, a project undertaken by the State of Maryland in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and numerous other organizations involved in the Commercial Vehicle Operations aspects of Intelligent Transportation Systems. This document pulls together in one place the project objectives, activities, and roles and responsibilities agreed to by the various project partners. This document will evolve as the project proceeds. At the conclusion of this project, this document will serve as a model for how to plan for subsequent deployment activities related to Intelligent Transportation Systems/Commercial Vehicle Operations (ITS/CVO).
