| 摘要： | This report is a prototype Transportation Demand Management (TDM) plan prepared by Commuter Transportation Services, Incorporated (CTS) for the Southern California Development Company, Incorporated, developers of the Shamrock Hills Office Park located in a suburban area 45 miles from downtown Los Angeles. The purpose of this plan is to reduce the overall number of parking spaces at the site and utilize the remaining land for construction of an additional building. This is to be achieved by encouraging employees to commute by carpool, vanpool, bus, bicycle, motorcycle, and by also encouraging walking, telecommuting, and alternative work hours, thus reducing the overall demand for parking at the site. This plan is to operate under the three phase construction process over the next three years. |
