| 摘要： | The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU/APL) is developing an architecture for commercial vehicle information systems and networks (CVISN) and the Safety and Fitness Electronic Records (SAFER) System. As part of this work, APL will prepare or coordinate the preparation of documentation for the electronic data interchange (EDI) of all safety-related information and credentials associated with commercial vehicle (CV) operations. This document is the project plan for that effort. |
