| 摘要： | This working paper is the outcome of Task 6-Develop Scenarios for Private-Sector/Partnership Opportunities-of the l-95 Corridor Coalitions Project 8-Traveler Information Services. The phrase public/private partnership has been used to encompass many different types of relationship, with varying levels of formality, cooperation, coordination, communication, and sharing of resources, risks, revenue, profits, and costs. In addition, many public agencies and private firms have very different levels of commitment to the idea of a public/private partnership. Because of this, one of the major objectives of this document is to establish a definition of public/private partnerships, clearly identifying what a public/private partnership is and what it is not. |
