| 摘要： | The MOBILE model is used for conformity assessments in transportation projects. With several ozone non-attainment zones in Alabama, stringent regulations, and an increased public awareness, it is very important to apply the MOBILE model as appropriately as possible. Discussion with involved regulatory personnel and performance of sensitivity analysis lead to the finding that local data should be used if obtaining that data is reasonable. Local registration data were used to determine the impact of local fleet composition on emissions estimates, as opposed to default fleet composition. It was concluded that local data can make significant changes in MOBILE model estimates of emissions inventories. |
