| 摘要： | This guides is designed to provide state administrators of motor carrier programs with information on safety, credentials, fuel tax and size and weight regulation as part of the Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks (CVISN) Program. It discusses the benefits anticipated from CVISN. A plan for national deployment of CVISN is then discussed, with focus on the process which states should follow and maintain conformance with the national Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Architecture. Resources available to help states in their deployment process are also discussed. |
