| 摘要： | This paper describes the current status of the approach being taken in the ADVANCE project to estimate and measure link travel times in the Test Area. A brief review of the representation of link profiles in the Mobile Navigation Assistant (MNA) installed in the test vehicles is presented, followed by a discussion of the estimation of initial static profiles ( link travel times) with a network flow model. The paper concludes with a discussion of the estimation of link travel times from link flow-occupancy data. |
