| 摘要： | In this report, the authors identify the impact of the International Border Crossing (IBC) Program on facilitating trade and enhancing safety. The program involves the use of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technologies such as automated clearance. The authors present their findings from FOT evaluation reports and interviews with federal, state, and industry officials from six border crossing sites at: Blaine, Washington, Buffalo, New York, Detroit, MIchigan, Laredo Texas, Nogales, AZ; and Otay Mesa, CA. |
