| 摘要： | This paper studies the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and surveillance technologies to be deployed in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). It looks at the social aspects of the use of GIS in ITS, as well as looking at the use of ITS-generated data for other GIS applications. Privacy implications of each activity are addressed. The paper concludes by making policy relevant comments on the use of these sorts of macro tools to analyze fine grained micro level data. |
