| 摘要： | This report proposes and implements a comprehensive evaluation framework to document the telecommuter, organizational, and societal impacts of telecommuting programs. Evaluation processes and materials within the outlined framework are also proposed and implemented. Through the telecommuting program studied in this work, a case study of related travel impacts is performed. |
