| 摘要： | This presentation discusses Washington's initiatives in dealing with the utility pole accident problem. In Washington State control zone guidelines were cooperatively developed by the Aerial Utility Advisory Committee in 1989. This committee consisted of statewide utility and department of transportation (DOT) representatives. The guidelines are reviewed in this presentation, along with their implementation plan. The cooperation and teamwork between the utility industry and the Washington State DOT has resulted in successful implementation of the guidelines. |
