| 摘要： | The objective of this workshop was to develop a 3-, 5-, and 10-year phased master plan of highway maintenance research needs. An explanation of pre-workshop procedures for assembling research problem needs statements is provided in the introduction, along with a description of procedures followed at the workshop. This is followed by a listing of the research needs identified in the following five categories: (I) Immediate Action; (II) 1-to-3-Year Phase; (III) 3-to-5-Year Phase; (IV) 5-to-10-Year Phase; and (V) Other Needs Considered. Appendix A lists the titles and scopes of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) highway maintenance committees. In Appendix B the highway maintenance research problem statements are listed by TRB committee. |
