| 摘要： | A proposed innovative treatment for congested urban and suburban intersections is the split intersection. It facilitates a smoother flow with less driver delay by reducing the number of signal phases. The success of converting to the split intersection is analyzed by using microsimulation to predicate previous claims and provide guidance. |
