| 摘要： | This paper is the result of almost three years of investigation into the economic impacts on businesses and properties when raised medians are installed on adjacent streets. The researchers have developed and tested a methodology that can be used to collect and analyze data with which to study potential economic impacts. The preliminary results of data collection and conclusions are presented in this paper. |
