| 摘要： | The goals of this workshop were to: identify research needed to appropriately advance the overall in-vehicle computing environment and related Driver Assistance (DA) and Mobile Services and Information (MSI) applications; prioritize research needs and areas where additional research attention is needed; and identify and recommend appropriate strategies and frameworks for pursuing this research. The meeting drew attention to the in-vehicle computing environment in a holistic, systemic way. Those attending the workshop came from a cross-section of industry and government organizations and a wide range of professional disciplines. This circular presents a summary of the workshop and is organized as follows: (I) Executive Summary; (II) Introduction; (III) Workshop Overview; (IV) Results of the Workshop/Breakout Group Summaries; (V) Consolidated Research/Problem Statements; (VI) Appendix A: System Integration Results; (VII) Appendix B: Research Models Breakout Group Results; (VIII) Appendix C: Application Definitions & General Glossary; (IX) Appendix D: Workshop Agenda; and (X) Appendix E: Workshop Participants. |
