| 摘要： | The objective of this workshop resource paper is to develop a number of indirect quality indicators for survey data, especially travel and activity diaries. The indicators are derived from a definition of quality as well as on the basis of results from studies on the factors that cause errors in transport survey data. How these indicators are related to quality in not known completely yet. Therefore, a method -- meta-analysis -- is proposed for obtaining more complete information and appropriate guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable levels of these measures. This paper focuses on the less understood areas of nonresponse and measurement error. It discusses a definition of quality, nonresponse error, measurement error, meta-analysis and a set of proposed quality indicators for meta-analysis. |
