| 摘要： | In order to change the industry's negative image and attract more youth to construction careers, the Federal Highway Administration and other stakeholders helped to develop the Construction Career Days (CCD) initiative, a program designed to promote the construction industry to high school students nationwide. The goal of the program is to inform students about the diverse rewarding careers in construction, including road/highway construction and maintenance. This article describes the background and content of the CCD initiative in some detail. |
