| 摘要： | This article describes the ITS Peer-to-Peer Program which provides free technical assistance to agencies seeking to improve transportation operations through deploying Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). The program is intended to complement and expand the technical assistance available from the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Transit Administration, and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The program covers infrastructure program areas, architecture, and standards. It also includes the life cycle of ITS development, including system assessment, operations information requirements, and system design, testing, validation implementation, evaluation, and maintenance. |
