| 摘要： | The Mobility Monitoring Program is an effort to help state and local agencies effectively store, manage and use traffic data after it has been collected. Properly archived, it can be used to analyze factors that contribute to the overall system, especially its reliability. Many operators collect and save the data, but few are putting it to any use. The first year of the program has produced recommendations for methods that should be used and identifies areas in need of improvement. The next step is to expand the study to 23 cities and eventually branch out to 40 or 50. |
