| 摘要： | This article reports on the Texas DOT's Precious Cargo traffic safety program near schools. It involves closing the gap between school planners and state and local transportation officials, who often did not know when a new school or expansion was being planned. Rapid growth, especially around Dallas, has led to construction of schools along what had been remote, high-speed highways. |
