| 摘要： | This article describes findings that certain cohesive soils scour significantly less rapidly than previously thought. Researchers used a new method to measure the soils' scour rate by testing samples in the Texas Transportation Institute's Erosion Function Apparatus (EFA). It is considerably more accurate than the old HEC-18 method and has led to savings in reduced foundations. Contact info and article references. |
