| 摘要： | This study presents a methodology for estimating full marginal transportation costs of highway transportation in New Jersey. This methology is specifically applied to the Northern New Jersey highway network. Existing studies are reviewed and the highway transportation cost categories are identified. Cost functions are developed using New Jersey specific data for each cost category. Along with the total cost functions, marginal cost functions are derived. These marginal cost functions are used in the application of a full marginal cost estimation methodology. The resulting marginal cost values for northern New Jersey are analyzed according to various trip distance, urbanization degrees, and highway functional types. |
