| 摘要： | This Circular provides the national performance assessment guidelines for the assessment of merchant mariner's proficiency through demonstrations of survival-craft or rescue-boat skills. These guidelines are for use in training programs approved or accepted by the Coast Guard as meeting reference (a) and by designated examiners (DE's) when carrying out their assessments. |
