| 摘要： | This Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular (NVIC) provides guidance on the implementation and enforcement of operational measures required in 33 CFR 157, subpart G. These operational measures apply to single-hull tank vessels and tank barges (i.e., those not meeting the double hull requirements of 33 CFR 157.10d) until they are phased out of service as cited in 46 U.S.C. 3703a(b)(3) and (c)(3). |
