| 摘要： | The circular provides guidance for U.S. Ships to report voluntarily the inadequacy of waste reception facilities which are required to be more available at terminals and ports in countries Party to Annexes I and II of MARPOL 73-78. Guidance is also provided for U.S. and foreign ships to report the inadequacy of waste reception facilities at U.S. terminals and ports. |
