| 摘要： | This Circular applies to the following categories of vessels that utilize automated main or auxiliary machinery, regardless of manning: (1) Vessels for which the keels are laid or at a similar stage of construction on or after 1 September 1984, and in international service. (2) Vessels to which NVIC 10-81 applies, in international service, and - For which a major alteration, modification, or repair contract is placed; or In absences of such a contract, applies for a Certificate of Inspection or commences major alteration, modification, or repair; on or after 1 September 1984. (3) All self-propelled vessels, other than small passenger vessels (Subchapter T) and offshore supply vessels, that- Undergo initial Coast Guard inspection for certification; or Are Coast Guard certificated and inspected and undergo major alteration, modification, or repair; on or after the effective date of this Circular. |
