| 摘要： | The maritime industry is ever changing, and the small passenger vessel industry is particularly susceptible to such constant changes; contingency planning, customer relations, changes in service, and potential casualties are examples of these. Most of the time, these changes can be dealt with efficiently and effectively, but on occasion the solution doesn't seem obvious or cost effective. In these times, it is important to have a tool that can help in developing and evaluating the most meaningful risk management solutions. This article discusses risk-based decisionmaking within the context of the maritime industry. |
