| 摘要： | The International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (1995) (STCW) requires the assessment of individual demonstrations of mariner competence. This article discusses the three basic components of performance standards that are necessary to do the performance asessment: the behavior, the condition and the criterion. It then provides an illustrative example of fire fighting skills assessment and follows it step by step. |
