| 摘要： | This paper describes the state of practice and needed future developments of pavement rehabilitation as determined by the Transportation Research Board Committee on Pavement Rehabilitation. Pavement rehabilitation is a major activity for all highway agencies and has several consquences on agency resources and traffic disruptions because of lengthy, extensive lane closures. High traffic volumes on the primary highway system have led to many earlier-than-expected failures of highway pavements. Efforts continue to be made to develop techniques and procedures that will result in cost-effective and longer-lasting pavement rehabilitation to serve the U.S. highway system into the 21st century. Procedures to be followed in pavement rehabilitation are listed, specific types of rehabilitation by composition of pavement are discussed, and technologial improvements in pavement rehabilitation are addressed. |
