| 摘要： | The Transportation Research Board (TRB) Committee on Management and Productivity (A1A02) is concerned with short-range (1- to 5-year) operational processes that enable transportation organizations to improve performance. This committee explores, analyzes, synthesizes, and disseminates information about leading management concepts and practices related to performance enhancement. It has identified four key areas that will define the ability of transportation organizations to meet future challenges: management techniques and practices, human resource issues, performance assessment and analysis tools, and customer focus. |
